For many coaches, this video product is absolutely essential in diagnosing your teams’ shooting mechanics and learning how to implement correct body mechanics. There are many shooting DVD’s in the market now, but a lot of them, from my experience, really don’t get to the core of the problem of shooting and many suggest shooting drills as their primary way of teaching how to shoot. Well, you can’t start putting the shot into action if you don’t already know how to imploy proper body mechanics. In my opinion, many of these so called shooting “experts” can’t really shoot themselves, but think they know the theory behind consistent shooting. But in reality, your skill or practice, ”must run’th over” as a famous philosopher once said. You simply can’t give what you don’t have. Period.
